When you email about an existing order, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a return request, include the information listed in our Return & Refund Policy: place and date of purchase, proof of purchase, a product photo, and the reason for the return. That lets us reply with return instructions in one step rather than asking for a second message.

If you call during service hours and reach voicemail, leave your order number and a call-back number; we return calls within one business day. We do not provide order status by text message.
